Bacon Cheddar Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni noodles
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp seasoning (e.g., Bacon Cheddar Seasoning)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (use whipped cream cheese for a creamier mac and cheese)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)

Procedure

  1. In a medium pot, bring water to a boil with salt.
  2. Add macaroni noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese and bacon cheddar seasoning, stirring until cream cheese is melted and incorporated.
  4. Gradually stir in milk until sauce is creamy and smooth.
  5. If using, stir in heavy cream until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Serve hot.
