Lemon Butter Pasta
This pasta recipe is my go-to for samples of my Lemon Butter Seasoning. It’s a quick recipe that’s perfect for a tired night after work and is even approved by picky eaters. Make this recipe your own by adding your choice of protein (shrimp, chicken, or salmon recommended) and get creative with your garnish!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Uncle Zen’s Lemon Butter Seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream or bechamel
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Pepper (white or black) to taste
- 4oz cooked pasta
- Shrimp, chicken, or salmon (optional)
- Lemon wedge for garnish (optional)
- Herbs for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Whisk heavy cream and seasoning together in a large pan.
- Heat mixture on medium until sauce simmers.
- Add parmesan cheese to sauce mixture until cheese is thoroughly melted.
- Add pepper and stir into sauce mixture.
- Add pasta into sauce mixture and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Add cooked shrimp, chicken, or salmon (optional)
- Add lemon wedge and herbs for garnish (optional)
