Maple Rosemary Glazed Fried Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tbsp Maple Rosemary Seasoning
- 1 cup water
- Oil for frying (cast iron, deep fryer, or pan fry)
Glaze
- 2 tsp Maple Rosemary seasoning
- ½ cup of water
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Procedure
- Rub Worcestershire sauce evenly over the prime rib or roast.
- Pat Maple Rosemary Seasoning onto all sides of the meat generously.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) for 10-15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 250°F (120°C) and cover the roast.
- Roast for 2-3 hours, or until desired doneness is reached (use a meat
thermometer for accuracy).
