Zen Blend Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs
- 1 tbsp Zen Blend seasoning
Cooking Methods
Pan Fry
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Season chicken
with seasoning and cook until golden brown and cooked through, flipping once.
Grill
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken and grill until internal
temperature reaches safe levels, turning once.
Smoke
Follow your smoker’s instructions for smoking chicken seasoned with
Maple Rosemary Seasoning until fully cooked.
Sauté
Heat oil in a skillet, season chicken, and cook until browned and cooked
through, stirring occasionally.
Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken, place on a baking sheet,
and bake until juices run clear
Cast Iron
Heat a cast iron skillet, season chicken, and cook until browned and
cooked through, flipping once.
