Bacon Cheddar Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp Bacon Cheddar seasoning (2 tbsp for ground turkey)

Procedure

  1. Mix Bacon Cheddar Seasoning into ground beef until evenly distributed.
  2. Form seasoned beef into patties. Use a large container lid covered in ceran wrap
  3. Grill, pan fry, or cook to desired doneness.
  4. Serve on buns with preferred toppings.

  2. Grill, pan fry, or cook to desired doneness.
  3. Serve on buns with preferred toppings.

Cooking Methods

Pan Fry

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Form seasoned beef into patties
and cook until desired doneness, flipping once.

Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season and grill burgers until cooked to
your liking.

Smoke

Follow your smoker’s instructions for smoking burgers seasoned with
your chosen seasoning until desired doneness.

Bake

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Form patties, place on a baking sheet,
and bake until internal temperature reaches safe levels.

Cast Iron

Heat a cast iron skillet, season burgers, and cook until browned and
cooked through, flipping once.
