Bacon Cheddar Sliders
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked chopped onions (cooked until translucent)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Bacon Cheddar Seasoning
- ¼ cup bread crumbs or panko
- 1 egg beaten
- 7 oz sliced Cheddar cheese
- 12 pack slider buns or dinner rolls
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté chopped onions until translucent put to side
- In a large mixing bowl mix Maple Rosemary Seasoning, mustard, ketchup, and onions into ground beef until well combined.
- In a large heated pan cook mixture until ground beef is cooked (165 degrees) stirring frequently drain fat when done
- In a different large metal bowl beat one egg and then add cooked ground beef mixture
- Mix well and add panko or breadcrumbs to thicken mixture
- Take out entire pack of buns intact and Cut slider buns in half width wise with a long bread knife.
- Place bottom of buns on a parchment lined sheet pan
- Add finished beef mixture to bottom side of cut buns.
- Add Gouda cheese to top off beef mixture place top slider buns back on top.
- Cook in preheated oven for 8 minutes with a large cutting board ready pull out and slide parchment paper with sliders on cutting board
- Cut to desired size and serve
