Bacon Cheddar Nacho Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp bacon cheddar seasoning
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or Mexican blend)
Procedure
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in bacon cheddar seasoning until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a slight boil.
- Reduce heat to low and fold in shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
- Spread cheese sauce over tortilla chips add toppings then shredded cheese and
bake
