Lemon Butter Chicken Piccata

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Butter seasoning
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp capers

Procedure

  1. Mix seasoning and flour together.
  2. Coat chicken breasts with the seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Heat a large oiled pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C).
  5. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  6. Add white wine to the pan to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits.
  7. Reduce heat, add butter and capers, stirring until butter is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
  8. Pour sauce over chicken and serve hot.
