Lemon Butter Chicken Piccata
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Lemon Butter seasoning
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp capers
Procedure
- Mix seasoning and flour together.
- Coat chicken breasts with the seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat a large oiled pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts to the pan and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C).
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Add white wine to the pan to deglaze, scraping up any browned bits.
- Reduce heat, add butter and capers, stirring until butter is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Pour sauce over chicken and serve hot.
