Lemon Butter Beurre Blanc

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp Lemon Butter seasoning
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp warm water

Procedure

  1. In a small saucepan, mix together white wine and seasoning.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the wine reduces to about 2 tablespoons.
  3. Remove from heat and add cold butter.
  4. Swirl the pan until butter is melted and incorporated, creating a smooth sauce.
  5. Add the warm water to help hold sauce
  6. Serve immediately over fish or chicken.
