Lemon Butter Beurre Blanc
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp Lemon Butter seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp warm water
Procedure
- In a small saucepan, mix together white wine and seasoning.
- Cook over medium heat until the wine reduces to about 2 tablespoons.
- Remove from heat and add cold butter.
- Swirl the pan until butter is melted and incorporated, creating a smooth sauce.
- Add the warm water to help hold sauce
- Serve immediately over fish or chicken.
